ARTICLE 9: RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order  to return your items to us ( excluding sale items and made-to-order items ) (in part or in full), see article 8: "Returns must be sent at the tracked letter rate for metropolitan France/French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and the priority letter rate for the rest of the world.

Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of use, and must also be properly protected in sturdy packaging ( parcels will be refused if sent in a padded envelope)

In the case of a returned item, the return shipping is at your expense, but the shipping costs of the new dispatch are borne by Austral in the case of an exchange.


Please note: made-to-order items can be neither returned nor exchanged.
