If, despite all our care, your order does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return the product within a maximum of 14 days from the date you received it.
The return must be sent by tracked letter for mainland France and the French overseas territories, and by priority letter for the rest of the world.
Conditions for a return to be accepted
In the original packaging.
In its original condition, with no signs of use (impacts, scratches, etc.).
In a parcel that is well padded and shock resistant.
Within 14 days of receipt.
Grounds for refusal
Without the original packaging.
If there are signs of wear (impacts, scratches, etc.).
In a plain padded envelope or any other packaging without impact protection.
More than 14 days after receipt.
If you meet these conditions, you will receive an exchange or a refund.
If they are not met, we cannot accept the return.
